How to Create a New Ticket in Core

Log into your CORE account at https://core.hostdime.com.

Go to the “Support” tab in the top menu.

Choose “Make a New Ticket.”

Select the department you need.

Enter a subject.

Fill out the corresponding boxes with the appropriate information.

Upload any files you need to show us (e.g. screenshots).

Check the box if you want responses emailed to you.

Click “Create Ticket.”
